Once back 'on land' we lock our bikes and hit the market and John buys a shirt. We watch a game of Choctaw, there's a rifle range and all manner of food stalls from rolled dried squid to 101 varieties of sausage, barbecued corn on the cob to all manner of sweet ripe fruit served with extra sugar.
