We ended up at a local Thai restaurant and had 2 gigantic - and I mean gigantic - prawns that thought they were lobsters, in a spicy garlic sauce and a whole sea bass deep fried in what must have been a very light batter served with diced peppers and onion in a sweet chilli sauce. Since we were awake when the kitchen opened, an hour and a half before our Morning Glory session, it was enough time to eat and digest food before training. Breakfast was two poached eggs and half an oat banana omelette (maybe I had more than half and it didn't digest as well as I had hoped). ...

... and had a buffet lunch. We didn't pay to have photos - the animal lover in me was quite appalled. Don't get me wrong, it was a beautifully clean and well kept place but despite their assurances that their animals are not sedated - they were some very sleepy and calm big pussy cats. Also how fitting that right next door there was more go-karting and ATV off road buggies. Yes of course the boys had to try out both to see if they were any different from the other ones. ...
