    ... shown to our room. Decent size with apt he usual wet room bathroom. We headed down for dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were the only ones but it was nice to sit and relax and chat. Helen had a clear soup and myself a green curry pasta dish. Was interesting to be tasting Thai food again. Very rich and spicy. Not our favourite of the cuisines unfortunately. But still very nice.     ... not to have to line up and check in at airport. All the lining up, tagging etc. was being done for us, by Sophia and Golden!

    Once we were set, with our luggage whisked away, we went down for a leisurely breakfast riverside for one last time. With 2 hours until the bus pulled out, we relaxed and enjoyed the ambiance, then took a last stroll around this charming hotel.     ... in I found that it was too wide to fit on the conveyer belt, so I had to quickly rework how I'd packed everything before it could be accepted. I passed though security, waited at the gate for a little while, and once on board my plane left right on time.
