        ... campground style. Breakfast was English muffins, fried eggs, sausages and fried potatoes. Lots of fuel for the day. We cleaned up the dishes and packed up our stuff again to head to Acadia National Park. The park is really separated on three islands, the largest island is Mountain Desert Island and this is also where Bar Harbor is located. We knew we couldn't see all of the park so we decided to follow the scenic loop.

        ... of Stephen and Tabitha King) writers extraodinaire. We checked into the Country Inn at the Mall, then went to the Olive Garden and pigged out on Italian (food) that is. We had a really good meal, except for the fact that the chef de cuisine was a little liberal with the salt shaker. Back to the hotel, a wonderfully restful sleep, and a pretty good breakfast, and off to our next destination - Old Orchard Beach.
