Ears will fall off!
It's absolutely freezinggggg cold on the mountain today. The wind feels like needles in your face, especially at the top of the lift. But we want to be skiing and riding, nothing is gonna stop us now!
We go up to Sunshine Village today. From base station you take a 20 minute gondola ride to the village. A ride we enjoy over and over.
On top of the world
One of our first runs this morning is from the 'Top of the world' lift at an elevation of 2499m. It's quiet up here and also today; there is a vile wind blowing which cuts in your face like a knife. Nice spacious rooms, good location at a decent price for the season. We booked on Hotels.com and got a good discount. Would stay here again.
