    ... thought that were up for €97, but we only paid an additional €31. Some of the €25 paid at the info centre must go to the hotel as well. Anyway, all good as we did enjoy staying there.

    ... and hot ride.

    The day started really well with a sleep in til nearly breakfast o'clock at 7am. We were given a warm welcome by the staff and yes it was warm. The Euro style breakfast went down well with very nice coffee - had to have a second to confirm that it was very nice coffee and some sweet breads - well, cakes really.

    ... secondary road - SS16. Bugger, it only cost us a bit over 2km, but that was two km's that we could easily done without.

    Venice morning was another spin around the canals and then a little shopping. Even at the H&M sales. We then caught the slow boat to China - actually the ferry from the top of the main canal to the bus station (45 mins with all the stops) to meet Lee who was waiting to meet us with our black Opal station wagon hire car.
