Allow me to give you a little geographical perspective of our garbage challenge. We live on Elephant Road, a six-kilometer stretch of oil surface that joins the Main Road and what I like to call the East Coast Highway. Cambodia has stolen my heart. Of the four countries we've visited so far, I have to say that Cambodia is my favourite. The people are friendly, the vibe is chilled, and we've eaten the best food we've had in over a month! We arrived in this beautiful country last Friday; a short bus journey from Phnom Penh, a quick ferry across the river, and we were safely dropped at our home for the next four nights. Little did we know just how ...
