    ... as I obviously couldn't breath when he valve was closed, but it was closed because the waves were so rough and it was designed to close so no water could get in. It was doing it's job, but I was freaking out. Suddenly I saw a massive fish that looked like the rock it was hiding in, swim passed. That was me done. I got out.

    ... just off 100m off the beach and got geared up for snorkeling.   We were worried about Isabel since she couldn't snorkel in Koh Mook but being Isabel she'd practiced ******* her own in the pool the last couple of days.   In we jumped and the view was stunning.  Amazing reef teaming with life.  Parrot Fish, Giant Clams, ClownFish and amazing corals.   Isabel and Thomas were great.  Thomas was exploring for about 30 minutes and ...

    ... of my dad for doing it, but my curiosity, and the fact it was free led me to join them. Apparently it wasn't like normal Yoga - according to Amelia and Sinee, who'd both done it before. The guy leading the class was injured, so it was more meditation and a few stretches, along with a dash of spiritual life coaching (which included telling ourselves, many times, that we love ourselves). I must be honest and admit, that I quite enjoyed the experience and wouldn't say no to doing it ...

    ... stop which was the famous Maya Bay. Made famous by the movie "The Beach" it actually doesn't look like much when you start pulling into the bay, its only when you pull up on the beach and look back at where you came from where you can finally see the beauty and the famous scenery from the movie. Pretty much straight away you feel the number of people on the beach is excessive, just too many people pushing and shoving trying to take photos and not caring what or who is around ...

    ... that doesn't work. We tried to change rooms but they only had a luxury pool side villa for £50. In the evening mum and Carl came to pick us up in a taxi and we went to the viewpoint and then Lanta old town. It is the old port and fishermans village and most of the wooden stilt houses are over 100 years old. It was really lovely there. We did some shopping and found a nice beachfront restaurant for dinner where we had one of our best meals since being out here. After we got ...
