... Nog nooit zoveel enorme scholen verschillende grote en kleine vissen gezien en zo dicht om je heen gehad. Je zwemt er letterlijk dwars doorheen. En omdat deze plekken qua onderwaterleven weer in ontwikkeling zijn wordt er onderling veel gejaagd wat ook spectaculair is om te zien. Veel morenen, triggerfish (eten koraal dus hebben gemene tanden), batfish (komen heel dicht naast je zwemmen), gekleurde parrotfish en supermooie koralen en anemonen. Nadeel ...

Feeling somewhat cheated and hungry it was soon time to head back to land, this time docking at Lanta Old Town, another added bonus and then enduring a windswept speedy transfer back to the hotel. We were just a little late for our Skype dates but still enjoyed a 4 hour talkathon with friends and family back home, basically using the time to show off our uber plush hotel (http://www.lantapura.com/), tans and to talk about the gloomy British weather!

... opened and we had to take shelter at a vegetable stall at the side of the road. After 20 minutes the rain was showing no signs of stopping so we decided to battle on even tho having terentnal rain on your eye balls drastically reduces your sight. non the less it was fun.

hmm not mush more to say about ko lanta oh we downloaded the new series of missfits for the journey to ko tao!! score!

Frokost og avreise fra Ao Nang tidlig på formiddagen. Pickup fra hotellet fungerte fint, de er punktlige her. Båtreisen fra Ao Nang til Ko Lanta foregikk på en liten passasjerbåt, Ao Nang Princess 5, med 99% turister om bord. Fant oss fine plasser på dekk, og kom i prat med et par fra Halden som var på en lignende tur som oss, Vi har faktisk ikke truffet mange norske på turen. Midtveis på båtturen ble været litt ruskete og det regnet litt så vi trakk under ...
