    ... it died. Managed to get to the edge of Newcastle without too many wrong turns. Then Darryn got his East and west wrong and took us on a detour out west. We needed to get right out to the coast on the east and ended up right in the middle of town on packed roads.     ... in plenty of time, whereupon we joined 50000 springbok fans and the 5000 scots who weren't too cheap to shell out the big coin, in watching a great battle and an amazing Scottish try.
