... streets and some clear and sane mind, we found a camping site to park our RV in spend a night....

I found Zaragoza very quiet town. It's got a big cathedral and a square in front of it, statue of Goya and few other nice things.

But at night it's completely different. Lots of people on the streets, bars start filling at 7 p.m. and are full until 3 a.m. So, for us it was - Party time!!!
Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain moki_travels... be moving to Quebec for work, in case she ever wanted to visit Western Canada. I know what you all are thinking - I'm such a proud Canadian patriot, wanting to show foreigners my beautiful country!

But seriously, there aren't enough Spanish women in Canada, so anything I can do to make them comfortable here and encourage more of them to visit, would definitely be a very good thing. I do this not for my own benefit; I do this for the greater ...
Zaragoza, Aragón, Spain and Canary Islands pwong... sign on the bridge says 15.23 and 33 degrees, yes, it is very hot. We walk past some Roman shop ruins and their great sewage system. There is a statue of Caesar Augustus with stone arched walls behind him. Some of the brick work here is the influence of the Muslim era.

The Basilica de Nuestra Sra. Del Pilar is really beautiful outside, with statues along the top, colourful tiles on the roof and about ...
Zaragoza, Aragón, Spain and Canary Islands dancejillBoring long day on the A23, highest col 1223m.

Looking for aire in Zaragoza when Brits James, Clare and Katie in their motorhome took us under their wing to the park they'd already stayed in. Left over from 2008 water based expo, with typically spanish rusty iron "sculpture".

35 degree C until light shower cooled us all off.

Bren washed her hair in the public drinking fountain, starting a trend with the other family.
Saragossa, Aragon, Spain davebren... had to tell her what we wanted to be on if we hadn't as she had no idea we might have been in trouble. She was unable to prescribe me arthritis drugs as wasn't my doctor, so have gone with out at the moment and all been well with the hot weather. Ian has also been guaranteed the same job as last year in Spalding in the harvest so that is good for our return back to the UK at the end of June, it was very lucky as John normally employs 3 Kiwis and this year he is only employing Ian ...
Spain, Portugal, West Africa, Spain kirstenian... more than 1% who are living this matchpoint version of London but for the majority of us its just one big party fuelled through exciting stepping stone jobs in every sector hence being a compete play ground for 20 somethings but from there on, who really is "having it" and not looking a knob over 35... maybe i am wrong but thats how i felt. Hence Madrid gave me everything i wanted, not too big not too small, the best nightlife par non (that i have seen it least and i ...
Zaragoza, Aragón, Spain and Canary Islands elrigsterWe said goodbye to our wonderful host Sylvia in Guadalahara. The morning light and warmth felt like late May back home. We took to the A2/E90 heading NE towards Zaragoza. One hour later we turned off the highway to visit an old Roman fort on the top of a mountain with a spectacular view, Mendinacellini. Structures ...
Lliedia, Catalonia, Spain and Canary Islands hollingers... imagine being married to one of those women..you'd never dare question what was on telly again- "It's ok dear, you just sit and watch Most Haunted, I may think it's **** and get incredibly annoyed whenever that fat woman claims ghosts are sexually assaulting her, but you can watch it"). There was also a statue of Augustina Zaragoza, a young woman who fired a cannon at French troops when all of the guns crew were dead or dying, thus preventing the French ...
Zaragoza, Spain englishanddrunk16.10.2007 as always, everything is going well. I have a huge English project due Friday and it's a pain in the ass. I hate how Kevin (English teacher) gives us these wicked long projects like we have nothing else to do with our time. On the first day our math teacher said to us, "I know you didn't come to Spain to learn math..." and said that he wouldn't give us a lot of homework because we have better things to do in Spain than math! Of course ...
Zaragoza, Spain vholmes09... Lucerillo is dead, the horses come in to drag him away, but they refuse to cooperate and instead charge around the ring with their handlers unable to hook the bull up, much to the amusement of the crowd. Then one horse breaks free from the others and all hell breaks loose. After about five minutes of this, the two remaining horses are finally hooked up to the bull and normal business is resumed. "Ayamonte" was next, a mere weakling at 441kg but he put up a good ...
