    I woke up so sick, went back to bed and Bryan headed for the grandstand. I slept, he took many photos in the pits and of bikes parked. No racing as wind absolutely howling and rather cool. A helicopter had actually crashed on the mountain. I woke and thought I'd be well enough to go to the grandstand and join him.... Got to the township and decided no.     ... that I have finished the book I have little to o so I am waiting at the station in one of the great halls for the train to arrive. I am guessing it's just a scuttle between Venice and Paris what a shame it's not the orient express don't know if the budget would stretch that far! I decided to pay the extra 15 euro and go first class as it guarantees yo a bed though you share a compartment with three others, poor buggers won't get much sleep if I get a couple of beers in on the train though ...

    ... truly hammered on free booze, everyone was buying him pints so it was a fortuitous stopping point for him, apparently he was a British super bike rider as well and this was his third TT Took the new arrivals up to the railway inn viewing point, super day and about one third the crowd of yesterday they loved it .i marshalled got the best view but was glad to get off my feet at the end of the day. We had another bike pull in with mechanical problems and he was whisked ...

    ... so nice and pleasant out here.

    I return over 40 minutes later and find the bike just as I left it and then head of once again along this scenic road back to the summit on the mountain.

    By now I was in need of yet another cuppa and so set up the GPS to take me back to the wonderful restaurant at Cregneash on the banks of the Claf of Mann!!

    Of course even with the GPS telling me where to go I kept seeing more of those wonderful off-road ...

    ... bread. He ordered queenies when we found out they were mini scallops. They were really good. Even I liked them. I was so thirsty I had two diet cokes. My husband had a ginger beer and lime because they aren't licensed to sell beer. They had tea cups and saucers nailed to the wall all around the top shelf close to the ceiling.
