... and what a friendly, welcoming group of people. I don't remember too much of the walk home other than being fascinated by a possum running up a tree! Christmas morning (it didn't feel anything like Christmas) was hot with blue skies, so Sarah and I had breakfast (yes she cooked) and then headed to the beach for a few hours. It was absolutely boiling and there were loads of people about. For some reason I'd expected it to be really quiet and for everybody to be ...

Next to missing my parents, the next biggest worry is how im going ...

Added with the death roll I wouldn't like to be near the guy when he's hungry! After meeting Rex we went to the koala enclosure where we had our picture taken with some koalas! However because it's mating ...

      G'day from Down Under

... met up with my Sheffield buddy Adam. Over the course of the next few days I went into geeky tourist mode and - with Adam reluctantly tagging along - overdosed on museum trips, strolls through the botanic gardens and taking far too many photos of the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Following a recommendation from one of my touch rugby pals in Sheffield, I paid a special visit to the Opera ...
