The evening before we anchored off Palm Beach after a fabulous run with the spinnaker into the harbour. We raised the dinghy from the hold and part of the crew went ashore for wine. ... Indian across the road. This wasn't without its hiccups however, I arriving home late after being in a car crash on the way home from the pub sponsor. Fortunately the four of us, Gabby, his father in law, Joe & myself were all okay after being rear ended and scraped by a passing sedan on the Anzac Bridge near home. It was a bit of a shock as we were stationary but it wasn't as bad as it could have been certainly. They exchanged details and kept moving to ...

... Arthur Phillip for the first British settlement, and this is were possession of New South Wales was formally declared on 26th January (which is now commemorated as Australia Day). The exact location of the possession has been shadowed by a buzzling city, state and country built over about 225 years.

I suppose, that was the end of my stroll, with the clouds ready to burst, as I turn back home.

Hope you enjoyed the stroll with me!!!
