Traveling from Chamonix to Lake Annecy we went through some breathtaking views through the Alps. The city is quite gorgeous, a favorite Lakeside destination for French families in summer. After a walk through 'Little Venice' taking the sights of a town voted the most beautiful in France, i had a lovely lunch of the local (from Nice) Niçoise salad in a central location before taking the one hour boat trip on the lake. To top it off, the internet was good and we saw Geelong overpower Port Adelaide!

The lake was beautiful and we were treated to the sight of many paragliders flying over us from one of europe's best launch sites for experts. Many were staying on the campsite and landed in front of us on the beach. Two days of wonderful sun with just a light ...

... and I skied on the slopes. We then took them home to the house and made snowmen, had snow ball fights and rode the luge down the slope. It was so much fun! Mum and Dad went for a big walk around the village with Mammy & Pappy. It was an awesome day. Last night we had an unbelievable restaurant adventure and we still can't quite believe what we did! Amandine booked an awesome restaurant called 'Les Allieres' in Lans-en-Vercors for our last night in the French Alps. It ...
