... had his favourite, Ris D'Agneau followed by roast Guinea fowl then baked apricots for dessert, I had Fois Gras, yum, the most succulent veal followed by fromage of the region, a cheese trolley to die for. We started well with a chilled champagne then a Madiran 2007 tannat, which went perfectly with all courses. I take my time in the morning and have breakfast with Ian. During breakfast, where looking on my map for the best route to take. Everybody wants to send me to the highway!
