... the Tower lit up we headed back to our hotel. We were almost there when we ran into another couple from our tour and they told us the Eiffel Tower was going to sparkle again at midnight which was going to be in about 15 minutes. We sat outside in front of our hotel which had a perfect sight line to the Tower and waited tor it to sparkle which it did, and it was amazing to see.
