... and it did quite often), they would put a heavy tarp down to block the rain. Can you imagine how hot it would be inside? AND they PACK those buses with people…..
-In some areas where it rained a lot they had two roofs on a house - the regular time roof and a separate one with sheet metal above it . Of course, these were only on the Mcmansions to protect the original roof from the elements.
