Just lazed around today got our bearing for the resort and pretty much just relaxed in each other,s company.
A little time by the pool and a few cocktails to make everything a little better while sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Nothing wrong with that, is there?
Apart from the little hiccup on arrival we have not been …
OUR LAST DAY IN BALI BLOG
Up late for breakfast. Last night we heard some hard downpours and today is very heavy and cloudy. Hels saved two sun beds in a different area of the grounds, looking directly at the huge waves rolling in. Hels read her book while Tony took the notebook back to the room to recharge, and while there started his …
This morning when walking to breakfast by the beach, we ran to the upstairs Adult only Infinity pool in the forlorn hope that the Towel Squad had not bagged all the beds. We were lucky so bagged two for ourselves. We spent the whole day in the pool and on the beds, although we had to seek the shade once or twice. We kept quiet and …
FAMILY AND FRIENDS MATTERS
Happy Birthday to Josephine Smith, Tony's goddaughter. Have a good day and make sure you get a good present from your dad and mum.
Today is to be an easy day, although Hels wants to go into town to explore the local shops and to practise her bartering skills. We need to have a few bits …
Helen and Tony wish Helens dad Geoff a very happy Fathers Day, and of course remember Tony's dad.
Today we got up and had a fantastic breakfast, with everything on offer. Early this morning Hels received a text from Greg and Lisa, our friends from Gili Trawangan, to say that they were coming to …

Arrived later than expected due to late flight but driver was there waiting for us and apologised for us being late. Not his fault. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with cool towels and immediately checked into the hotel.
The only downside was having to get the housekeeping up to redo the the bed and change the linen as they were stained. This was done without fuss and as quickly as possible.
This hotel like a lot in Bali can't seem to do enough for you and they make sure your stay is easy, carefree and the hotel is spotlessly clean with security keeping out the panhandlers though the day spa is priced a little too high as you can get the same treatment for better pricing elsewhere.
All told this hotel is well worth a visit if you like that resort style of hotel and a little pampering.
