Our first stop is the Mauritshuis, which is a really exceptional collection of Golden Age (that is 16-17th century) art from the Netherlands (you know, Rembrandts, Vermeers, that kinda stuff). There were a lot of tourists around the area, but it still felt quite seedy. We were happy to check that one off our list and headed to the Nieuwmarkt, a 17th century marketplace in the old Jewish quarter. We stopped by to see the 13th century Oudekerk on our way to the Bloemenmarkt, a flower, bulb and seed ...

... and made dinner... like real adults. Now, we are getting ready for bed to be rested enough to venture back out to Amsterdam in the morning! Going to hopefully visit the Anne Frank House, some street art exhibits, the sex museum, and any other fun we stumble upon. Should be better weather, but we'll be prepared ;)

Mindfulness Moment: Rapid fire from my favorite moments, I need to get to bed :)
