      ... of Kuta (Poppies 1 & 2 where all the market stalls are with bars, restaurants and surf shops, Kuta square, home to expensive surf branded shops, and of course Kuta Beach, where surf boards line the trees) it was clear that Kuta hadn't changed that much, it was, on the outside a busy bustling little place, great for cheap clothes, good food, and a surfers paradise...if you're into that.

After hearing other peoples stories (other travellers and friends) I decided that it was worth travelling to, problem was that I wasn't sure how to get around to all the places I'd heard about and wanted to go to - the island isn't that big and really the only transport is Taxi and private cars with drivers.
