... to Blue Point Bay, 3 minutes away.

The water here was so crystal-clear, I walked down to a large forest-like flight of stairs to lead me down to a religious secluded beach. It had a deep spiritual connection and the rock formations were too true to believe. It was a surfer’s dream here as at the top of the place was surf shops, board craft maintenance as well as cliff top bars and cafes. Single Fin was my favourite place to go! I had a few Bintang beers at the bar as well as ...

... In Kuta is 'Waterbom'. Voted the best water park in the whole of Asia and 5th best in the world. He literally ran from ride to ride from 10am until they shut the park at 6pm. Elias also discovered a new talent - surfing. Our last tea was enjoyed in a true Balinese style restaurant. A perfect end to our Bali experience. As we write this, we are flying somewhere above the ocean ...

A few people knew the names of the different stars and would point these out as we stopped to catch our breathes. The uphill climb ...

... Hello lunch!!! Agung gave the goods to the chef and we waited very impatiently at a table. The now grilled prawns and squid came out and we had rice and traditional spicy sauces too. A little taste of heaven. They dropped us back to our hotel where we chilled out and planned our next destination. We booked 6 nights in Ubud which is about an hours drive north and had a much more arty and cultural reputation so a nice change to where we were currently. After looking ...

... It surprises me that a developed and technologically advanced country like Taiwan has barely any shops that accept card payment because in England you can pay by card in nearly all shops. In the evening we went for dinner with my family in a nearby local Taiwanese restaurant, where we tried lots of different meat and rice dishes. The food was great, although I do find myself holding back on ...
