... to that situation, please, do not say that Mexico is dangerous because you had a bad experience while choosing to be part of an illegal and potentially dangerous activity. Please!

So, thankfully my experience at crossing the infamous Tijuana border went smoothly. I felt perfectly safe, had the opportunity to people watch and talk to them too ... it was a breeze ... perfect for a backpacker interested in traveling through Mexico ...

So, there it is ... one myth busted!!!

... but we went in when it opened and left when it closed. It was not too hot, so the animals didn’t only lie in the shade – we had some real cool sights – so we had a great day.

... amp; freeway everywhere. What I didn't expect was the view of it from the sky - LA is a concrete jungle! You were hard pressed to find a park or piece of greenery anywhere!
