... aspects for a family receiving a Homes for Hope house is that for the first time, they can go to bed with a locked door. Most of the haphazard structures that they lived in before had no means to be secured. We then moved all of our tools, generator and other supplies inside the house so we could lock them and not have to load the trucks.

... the red light area of Tijuana that connects directly with the very touristy and familiar Revolución Avenue. I am not interested in describing much of the Coahuila street so all I will say is that I have absolutely no interest in being there, nevertheless were I a journalist or a photographer I am sure I could get a lot of material ... interesting by all means ... and that is the truth.

... room reserved for Monday night and couldn't add on to my room at the Hilton resort Karen and I had reserved for Tuesday to Friday. Ii decided to select the hotel by its proximity to an Irish Pub so I plugged in the Dublin Square Irish Pub to my Garmin. ... the Spanish, plus it's just 10 miles from the Mexican border. A lot of the attractions have an old Mexican theme, especially Old Town which is where the original settlement started. This is up the hill a few miles from downtown, and has a collection of old saloons, barns, blacksmiths etc. It's set up for tourists but they did a good job.It basically feels a bit like you stepped into an old Sergio Leonie Western.
