At the next church we saw the work of a West Country group, again the artistry was exquisite and on to lunch with our menfolk overlooking loch Lomond.
Then to Hill House at Helensburgh to see the Rennie Mackintosh house leaving Mike and Hilary to see the rest of the quilts.

... and I found myself a new jacket/jumper as the one I had was becoming way too stretchy. I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away though! We went and found some nice things for Holly too and then decided to head home on the crazy subway! Holly settled in with a nice packet of cupasoup and I was too tired to be worried about food. We decided that Glasgow might not be the best place to find good food. Either that or we just weren't at the right place.
