Lake Baikal in Siberia ...very very big and we are off the train for two nights and having showers...the sceneries are spectacular
My 3rd night, I can sleep inside a comfortable warm hostel room! Right now it is actually snowing here in Irkutsk, which will force me to do some planing, on how to reach the Chinese boarder eventually.
But don't let's get ahead to much, as the saying says, " we will find a solution when we have to cross the bridge".

We arrived into Irkutsk bang on time and were met by our local guide, whose name I didn't catch, and our local driver, who was the surliest human being I've ever seen. He was certainly no Mia for sure, as he sat behind the wheel of the bus whilst we loaded it not lifting a finger to help. Once we were loaded up it was a 45-minute drive to the lakeside village of Listvyanka where we were staying the night.
