Zurich- We arrived after a long 11
hour+ flight. Tough getting any
contorted sleep in our seats, as we exited and saw first class, all we could do
was sigh and look longingly at the huge recliners. We figured out which train to take to

Bloody Mary of two.  The flight from Lansing was over in 20 minutes and we headed to the Sky Club.  We had a nice chat and soon it was time to head to the gate.  As a Platinum Elite member on Delta, I usually get an upgrade to first class on domestic flights, but the Detroit to Atlanta flight is usually heavily populated with elites with higher status and when I checked in online I noticed I was 6 out of 19 in line for 3 first class seats, so I knew I was out of luck this ...

... any place that was open. Finally, we stumbled upon our only two options, McDonald’s or Hooters? So as you may have guessed, we went with the obvious choice: Hooters. Although the pastas and wine were great in Italy, it was nice to finally have some American cuisine that we (Joey) so dearly missed.
