We got an unexpected surprise when we reached Fethiye. We got to our hostel and when to the terrace bar for a drink, overlooking the bay. Within a minute of sitting down and ordering a drink, I looked over the rail and sore our 2 friends from Canberra who we did our tour of Egypt with! We knew they were in turkey but we were planning on catching up in Istanbul. It was a happy accident that we bumped into them about 1200 kilometers away! We had ...

With both the tours now finished I had a couple of days left in Istanbul to explore the main sites. Fortunately there were a few of us hanging around for the time so it almost didn’t feel as though the tour had ended, plus we kept in touch with Adi who gave us tips on what to see and do.

... but to not sit until instructed. Once the wind picked up we were ready, Tash was gone and then next myself. Was a weird sensation walking amongst the rocks and then suddenly being lifted into the air, of course I went to sit too early as well and was instructed to 'keep running'. Once up and flying it was time to soak in the surroundings and the sensation of gliding over the mountains. My pilot informed me that we were 2000+ meters and could get higher when we ...

... It was alway the freshest healthiest and yummiest food available. Every meal time everyone ate till they could eat no more but we would instantly be talking about what the next meal could be. The deserts were alway fruit platters with a twist. One night the fruit was arranged to look like a sail boat, the next night it looked like a turtle, just incredible.
Neither of us got away from sail turkey with no illness or injury. Kieran ...
