    Today, it really hit me that in fifteen short days, I will be embarking on the long flight to Africa. To "gear up" for the trip, I have been doing some light reading and watching DVDs about Africa to educate and learn as much as possible before arriving in Kenya/Tanzania.     ... I was worried Matsu would get scared riding by himself but he did great. He was worried when Danielle's crazy horse, Curly, came up to his horse, Pony Girl, and tried to bite it. Danielle's horse galloped and trotted around wildly, wherever it wanted to with her constantly yelling "Whoa, whoa, whoa!!!" and pulling back on the rains.     We then spent most of the day in Ashland starting with picnic in the central Lythia Park. We were able to get rush tickets for Romeo and Juliet in the afternoon... the best place to be on a hot afternoon is in an air conditioned playhouse.
