Bulls blood? Yes please!
... went back to one place and bought 2 bottles of semi-sweet, to another and filled up a 2 litre plastic bottle with bulls blood. In total, this little excursion including tastings and purchases cost us NZ$20. Winning! We braved the quiet town again. There is nothing more awkward than being the only patrons in a restaurant, or approaching a restaurant when its absolutely empty. We found a pizza cafe, which had...OMG 2 other people inside! Tomorrow we plan to travel all the way to Mosonmagyarovar. Talk to you ...
Day 3: Rare Birds
... and feeding them to minnows.
Afterwards, we carefully navigated through the Tiszafured, stopping for snacks at the local grocery store, and continued along the dike for over 20 km. Again, there was no shade, but beautiful forests and wildflowers on either side of the path. I occupied myself with constantly checking our pace (we averaged 3 minutes per km). Our reward was a beverage break ...
