    ... we arrived it was 1pm so we checked in and ordered breakfast. We had a pot of jasmine tea and pancakes with fresh fruit, they were lush! Our new favourite breakfast tradition. The room was nice (and had air con), but was costing us 1000B (approx £18.50). I still wasn't feeling 100% after yesterday's travelling incident so we didn't travel too far from the guest rooms.     Woke up really early today for no reason as I'm soo tired, maybe it's because I'm missing mother!�� had breakfast in bed, yoghurt and frosties, then got up and went and sunbathed by the pool all morning, decided in the afternoon to take a walk up to the village market shopping mall and on the way I kept getting badgered by the taxi people, one man wouldn't leave me alone the creep, I ended up shouting at him to tell him to go away!     ... out and that I went along and helped with the summer course all put me in a good position, at least that's what I like to think, I am told though that Thais are very image concious and the fact that I am a young, quote 'attractive' female probably had a lot more to do with it...suppose I will never know. Who cares anyway I got the job and that's all that matters :)

    ... beautiful antique wooden furniture with windows everywhere. It sits beside a small canal that was apparently dug in the 1800's. We were presented with a cool, home made lemongrass tea while staff took our luggage to the room. The room is up a set of several stairs before continuing up a narrow steel circular staircase to a loft room. Two of the four sides of the room are ceiling to floor and wall to wall windows.
