We arrived on the island and had a half hour trip on a 4x4 to our resort and beach on the north east coast. My time in Thailand is getting better with every passing day, Carol and Steve are good people to have around. I met a great bunch of travellers at my hostel which meant that we had a crew each night to hit the beach.<br>I endured the trip to Ko Tao today to get away from the madnes and to allow me to do some great dive sites before I head back to Oz. <br>With less than a week before I head back home I am going to take it easy and try oh so hard to hide from the buckets of death.

... able to sleep.<br><br>We arrived at Koh Tao at 5am and then headed to the major town to find accomodation. It was an absolute nightmare though as it is so expensive here! In the end, we accepted the place was expensive and got a room for 3. We then got some lunch, and headed to the beach.
