... us stay without paying. We were asleep by 10 on NY eve, and this has been a common thread in our 'new' lives. They say that 9 PM is 'sailor's midnight' and this has proven true. ... we met in with a great group of guys and a girl called Georgia who we spent New Year's Eve with all painted up in UV paint on.... a beach.... With 60,000 half naked people... Our third day in Krabi we got a longtail boat to Railay Beach and had a lazy beach day. At that point in our travels we definitely needed it, plus I was really into a Dan Brown book at the time! The views from Railay were beautiful though and the sand on the beach was was so fine beneath yor feet. Railay is also home to many cliff formations and small caves which produce some great stalagtites ...
