      I think I've probably walked the equivalent of Adelaide to Melbourne since we've been in Phuket, my poor feet ache at the end of the day.       ... was warm for a paddle. There were quite a lot of other people on beach, but we were more interested in having a swim (by swim I mean cling to Nath).       ... hardly walk back to hotel but we had to keep going as we were doing a cooking course at lunch time. The cooking course was at sawasee thai cuisine!!! It was awesome, we cooked a minced pork salad, pork and noodle dish and chicken stir fry, only tool about 5-10 to make each course and tasted amazing.       ... babies on the tummies and they even jump into the water for the food and up onto the fronts of the boats. After a couple of minutes here we moved on to the Viking caves where they collect the birds nests that make Bird's Nest Soup. These nests are made each season by the birds with their saliva and after the babies are gone the locals collect them to crush down for the soup which is supposed to have health benefits.
