Relaxation and Exhaustion
Hi Everyone,
When we woke up Monday morning we were minutes away from our stop in Surat Thani, Southern Thailand. We took an hour and half bus ride to the pier from the train station to catch an hour ferry ride to Ko Samui. Once we arrived in Ko Samui the traveling yet again didn't end, we then jumped in an air conditioned van for an additional …
The Alexanders land in town
Before going to Koh Samui we made a (long) diversion to Malaysia where we stepped over the border with one foot and then back again with the other; an obligitory part of the extending your stay in Thailand experience! Stamped passports in hand we jumped on the bus bound for the ferry port... or so we though. Unfortunately due to a major cock up we …

KO SAMUI
My flight from Chiang Mai to Ko Samui was the most scary flight I have ever taken with a lot of turbulence and bouncing down the runway but some how I managed to land safely and meet Danny who had flown down from Bangkok. Don't panic everyone we are simply travelling as friends and I can guarantee you that it will go no …

I headed off of the busy streets and onto the beach to be welcomed by thousands of Farang ( …
From sandy beaches to winter time and snow
My trip to Asia has ended. After a long and some gruelling flights with pitstops in Bangkok, Beijing and Stockholm, I finally arrived in Oslo. There's no place like home, but I miss my new friends and the gyms I've visited already.
Now piles with paperwork are waiting for me at the office. Things are exactly as I left it in my apartment, …

Floors are filthy in bungalow and restaurant. Food is cold, drinks are hot.
It seems an effort for them to come and bring you more toilet rolls, towels, fix safe, etc.
There is free wifi in your room though.
I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Over all I do not like Koh Samui, it is dirty and smells.
