From wine tasting it was off to the Musee Roden to see the thinker and the gates of hell which where perplexing his thoughts. The walk took a while and the sites took us in as well a few wrong turns, souvenir shops and coffee stops which meant we arrived at 5:19pm. Last entry ...
... time overall, and the phone drama was easily fixed by getting a new one when I got back (sigh....money down the drain.....that's life I guess!).

... bridge and throw the key into the river below. After seeing that we caught the metro to the Montparnasse Tower. We went to the very top, 57 floors up, for a 360 degree view of Paris. We could see the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Luxembourg gardens and everything else. It was incredible to see the whole city from so high up. Came back to our room, did a bit of hand washing and then read the material about the hotel. Washing in rooms is strictly forbidden. No food or drink can be brought in a placed in the minibar … oh well.
Later we opened up our balcony doors. The street is buzzing, a balalaika is playing and there are hundreds of people outside. You would never know that from inside our room due to the double glazing.
