Here are a few things I have learnt about the French. -yes, they really do eat a lot of cheese, bread and meat. -They go out in the morning and buy a fresh baguette. -They table is like a second plate. Just the flu, thankfully nothing serious - it's not surprising though as everyone is sick in this weather. My days have been fulfilled with watching TV, Friends and Glee is on between 11:30 and 1:30 so I flick between the channels to watch them both :). Apart from tht I ...

... it is to run outside than at a gym. I like to stop in the middle of my run and sit in the grass. While my heartbeat goes down I watch the nature around me and the people and think about how beautiful it all is. Then I continue my run past the trees and flowers and the bridge with ducks and the children and I run all the way home.
This sounds silly but I'll miss my breakfast. Even though its just cereal it has been a great start to my mornings ...
