    ... in S Korea. We had booked a restaurant which had a choice without chevre for Di, and the marching bands ambled by outside. Great to see the mixture of ages in the town band.     lovely area, and caravan park, owned by a UK couple and frequented mostly by Brits, so we were able to have conversations again!
    We finally got the caravan serviced by a British guy who "retired " to France.

    ... soggy forests, past some more lakes on to Airvault. We found a campsite in the book which promised large pitches, clean facilities, a restaurant and a swimming pool! However on arrival we discovered that the English couple had taken over 3 days previously, so no chef and swimming pool still covered, but the rest was up and running well.     ... creme brulee, vanilla amarula ice cream and the smoothest sorbet that I have ever tasted.

    We created and sampled contrasting breads: soft dinner rolls (melt in your mouth) and fougasse (a great dipping bread). It was a great experience being able to directly compare (taste) different types of recipes to see how each could best be used.
