... to the hotel and got kinda lost on purpose again. Once I go one direction I can retrace my steps even days afterward. Today, I knew the general direction I wanted to go but I went too far without taking a right hand turn. Thankfully, I ran into a Hotel that’s kinda famous so I knew where I was. I passed some really beautiful buildings but I only took a picture of the Prefecture because there were fewer people around (pic 4). I try not to advertise that I’m a tourist if I can help ...

After we strolled around Poitiers for a while, mainly the shopping area, which is quite big and very clean. It was pleasant to walk without the hustle and bustle of the larger cities.
Picked up some supplies for lunch on the road tomorrow and back to the hotel for a hot shower and a reasonably early night.
