My First week in Surgeres went quite well. It will be a bit different working in this school than the others. Most teachers will have me take half the class, which is normal for Courcon as well, but I will take them for the whole hour instead of 25-30 ...

Before going to Caroline’s for supper, she invited me to have a drink, we had le vin chaud, hot wine with a colleague of ours. Her name is Lydia. She has a young son, so her husband and her son also came along. I really enjoy these two girls and am sad that I won’t ...

... this time coming to France was much more relaxed. I am confident enough in my language skills, I knew people here already, knew what I was going to, and I had already been to the Charles De Gaulle airport.

Here’s to some intentional travelling this second "half" of my stay here in Europe. And am I ever glad that this “half” is longer!

    Until next time folks,

Enjoy what you’ve got, wherever you ...
