    ... Hotel Le Brieux (I think) for a coffee, cold drink and lunch which was Croque
    Monsieur basically a toasted ham sandwich with melted cheese on the top.

    Joined by Pen Friend Annie - for a beer we then walked to a little bar up a steep cobbled street and succumbed to a beer.

    the hotel for a small siesta before being collected again by Annie for another meal at our French friend’s house.

    After a lazy start we slip the bout and gear over to feel up and go onto the quay to explore . A stroll around the town and try to hunt some wifi proved quite difficult hence the delay in posting the blog. Some quaint streets and novel ideas but nothing too lively just a boat graveyard.     ... this is where we settled for the evening . We set an anchor watch alarm on the chart plotter in case we drifted, it works exceptionally well, if we move out of the 50m circle the alarm goes off and I mean a loud alarm!! What a wonderful calm night we had at anchorage, we had to move Sega to Sainte Marine which is opposite Benodet ( as we prefer it here) by 8 ish due to the tide so an alarm had to be put on.....we got up with no trouble started the engine and moved from ...
