There appear to be hundreds of staff in red and white T-shirts providing information and getting people into and out of venues, as well as the hundreds/thousands of actors performing in the shows. There must also be many, many more caring for or training the animals, cleaning the areas, behind the scene workers - it really is a huge operation.

    ... trucks were having a break. Only one toll ticket for 3.5 hours and as we got near Nantes we came off to go to the lovely town of Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu we had to pay €51.50 for our days work.
