... the museum, did not begin to scratch the surface. An amazing venture for all ages. So many different exhibits, adventures , and interactive activities. From visiting China starting with an airplane ride there, to dubbing our voices into a cartoon. The dinosphere exhibit was breathtaking. If you are ever in Indy, don't miss this city treasure. ... nice to get to see where Phil lives and studies. On the first weekend we went to a Mohican Indian Pow Wow. It was an annual event in which indigenous people get together to celebrate their heritage with lots of music and dance performances. It was in a beautiful park along the Mohican River. We ended up going on a three hour canoe trip down the river.

... of these places means some interesting rides on back roads, mostly dirt...unlike the southwest, there are very few petroglyph sites here - I could only find two, this being one of them. Robin was not impressed and after we visited asked me if I had researched the site, wondering if it was even genuine. He said the symbols were just a little too "on the nose" - too easy to identify what we were looking at. ...
