Great little playground, pool, jumping pillow for the kids, very clean amenities, lovely staff. Would definitely come back, hopefully in nicer weather so the kids can have a swim and get full use of all the fun stuff to play with

At the last minute we decided to go on a wine tour. An interesting group, 4 nomad couples a young Perth couple and 4 twenty-something guys on a week away. It was a great day, started at Cape Naturalist wines with a talk from a very knowledgable lady, then another winery and olive oil tastings. Then distillery and bush tucker lunch, chocolate …

Staying on the coast road today was quite a long drive. Leaving Cervantes we followed a coral reef along, passing small valleys filled with grass trees. The coast road took us to a freeway at Jundalup that cut straight alongside Perth City, a vets easy run through to the southern area of Perth. In Busselton we stayed in a beautiful park in an …

What better way to get out of the weather than head underground. After a lovely night sleep in our van ( the heater worked a treat in the chilly weather) the kids donned their gumboots and played in the puddles outside the van while we got ready to head to Ngilgi Cave in Yallingup. We went on a semi guided tour which was a nice way to hear a bit …

This afternoon we headed off on our first trip with the van. It is just an opportunity for us to make sure everything is working and nothing leaks etc before we go anywhere substantial. The weather could be better, we have forecasts for thunderstorms and winds but I'm sure we will do just fine. A good way to test the van out in tough conditions …

    Hallo iedereen,
