      ... I feel heaps better doing exercise and really need to keep focused on doing the right thing for myself before I balloon out of control. We had brekky which was, egg whites (ran out of eggs) makes you wonder what they do with the egg yolk???Bacon, toast, potato and jam. Left the potato and ate most of everything else and had a coffee.       For my first Friday night in Houston the boys from the office took me to Floyd's to try out local delicacy crawfish. It's kind of like a mini lobster which lives in fresh water.
