      ... freaks me out since Matt had to read a thorough description of the "curdled and boiled pig blood with chunks of pork fat stuffed in a sausage casing." I thought I was eating some spicy wheat pellet-thing. A "hot Irish breakfast" is the same everywhere, too.       We crossed the border from Oregon to Idaho on our way to Boise. We plugged in Boise's 'famous' Basque quarter into our Sat Nav with directions to a Spanish tapas bar, Guernika. The Basque quarter was little more than a museum and a couple of tapas restaurants that were more American in flavour. That said, we had a pretty decent lunch.
