    Boise, it seems, is a pretty nice city. Leaving this morning we passed the Boise Performing Arts School, a museum, and Boise State University. We had a few hours of driving in Idaho before we passed briefly through Utah and then into Wyoming - cowboy country. We stopped for gas before leaving Idaho. Gas stations are few and far between.     ... town itself was literally a two horse town. At one stage we followed a river that just held us spell bound as it weaved it's path alongside the road. Lots of trout fisherman wading and using rafts and skiffs to do their thing.

    ... Monday, I purposefully scheduled a massage to relax after this oober stressful weekend and then I fly out on Tuesday morning!! I was so adamant that I was going to be pro-active and get all my packing done well in advance. That is no such case. Of course I would wait till the absolute last couple days to pack up almost everything I own!! AAAAhhhhh : /

    ... to Afghanistan in a few weeks as a fighter plane mechanic. I told her to keep her head down and stay safe. Next we wandered along the "snake river" (which runs through down town) and ended up at the Boise State university campus. On our way back to the car we decided to hit up the local art house cinema "The Flicks" to see "The way way back" movie which i give 7 out of 10. More impressively this cinema sold and allowed you to take beer into the film.
