Travel Blogs from Foz de Iguacu
Foz de Iguacu marks the end of our stint in Brazil and we have been to some interesting places. Our last post ended with us joining up for our Tucan tour on Tuesday 12/2.
We moved from our hostel in Copacabana to a hotel in Lapa where we met up with our friend Peter and the rest of our tour group. That afternoon was extremely relaxed by …
Well you remember that taxi that was going to be there at 1:25 in the morning to pick us up at the airport...........well, no sign of that! So we hired our own taxi and he got us to the B&B (Marica's if you want to know so you can avoid it) but the place was in darkness and no amount of ringing the bell by the taxi driver was going to rouse …
Our 10am bus from Asuncion, Paraguay to Foz do Iguazu, Brazil should have taken 5-6 hours. We are staying in this hotel as part of a Toucan tour. The rooms are very clean and nice, compared to what we have been staying in. The TV has lots of English channels which is nice for us. The breakfast is very good but we have to pay for the internet.
Would recommend this hotel. We don't know what the prices are though.
