Today I got caught up on homework which wasn't the most fun thing I've done but I got to go to another Giants game as a reward. I was hoping for a Giants win today but they lost again. Must be my luck. Oh well, I still had fun and we got really good seats. Today is my last day off but I'm kind of missing riding my bike so ...

... I got to be 10 feet from my favorite players as the took batting practice and stand in a Major League dugout. I always thought the Giant's home field AT&T Park was hands down the nicest MLB park but Coors Field is not far behind. Out here it is so crazy to not have anything for 100-200 miles and even the towns and cities are so small compared to what we are used to!! We stopped at a little diner that didn't look like much but their burger was amazinggg! We are headed to Chester Colorado which will take us 2 days. Thanks for ...

... including the surprise coffee shop I found in Brush and the two coffee shops I found here in Sterling were both, of course, closed for the day. The liquor stores in Colorado are open but you cannot sit at a coffee shop on the lord's day. I guess those same people who feel content to visit grandma, go see a movie and go to dinner on Sunday have no interest in going to coffee.
So all this should explain me finding myself at Burger King. It's a nice Burger King, built into a new Home ...
