... famous for its many wineries, the historic and beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and, of course, Niagara Falls. Its beauty never fails to inspire.

Lorraine and Harvey have made us feel so welcome and we've had a lot of laughs during our visit. As they say, it takes time to grow old friends.......

As he was local we asked his opinion on where to take us and he suggested CAA Car Care Centre as they would be able to do the job right away. So we climbed aboard and he towed us there. So here we are waiting around whilst a mechanic looked at this and that and after a failed test drive hauled it back in the workshop to rebuild the carberator after lunch. As we were there so long, we kept ...

... Mounties, but the local fire-fighters took over the posing role by doing a few circuits of the street.

With two hours still to wait for the fireworks when we finished our meal we decided to head back to the house rather than twiddle our thumbs, so after squeezing into the Quattro we settled down to watch the new version of Red Riding Hood starring Amanda Seyfried hoping it wasn’t too scary for our easily-scared constitutions. ...
