... t have been as doable while lugging all of our gear up.
Special shout out to Brian and his friends Kevin and Sam for driving us and then rescuing us in Sonoita.

On another note: I realized it's really hard to eat when my body is this exhausted.
Under 20 miles= eat everything in sight.
Over 20 miles= want to puke.

... mud mid calf. We walked up hill again around the lake to find a clear spot. We ended up using the boat ramp to wade around. It was so refreshing and soothing to our tired bodies. We came back to camp only to find a mess. Logan's food bag had been opened and his wallet was on the ground. Empty wrappers littered our campsite and many Epic meat bars were completely missing. We determined the culprit to be the crow that happened to be cackling and squawking while we were picking up ...

We set out on Thursday for Tubac Golf Resort after a bike ride and arrived about three hours later. After settling in we were hosted by the Delaney/Hecox duo in their new home. ... see the balloons with BEEP BEEP in them and Wile E. wasn't seen chasing him. So was there really a road runner? The park is like a santuary for birds plus it has fishing and nature walks. We haven't been keeping track of the days so we were lucky to get a spot for friday night. A lot of them are reserved for the weekends. Guess we better start paying more attention to time.
