    The day started with a run for 3 of the boys along the San Francisco bay front. A beautiful morning, a wonderful temperature and so many runners out! After that, we managed to escape for a day of wine tasting in Sonoma and had arranged to be picked up by Valley Wine Tours (who we would definitely recommend) from our hotel at 9.15.     ... lot of mainstream shopping - Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Nordstrom, Barneys. I showed amazing restraint and didn’t buy a thing.
