After resuming our journey, navigating became a bit of a challenge. We managed, even though we missed a couple of turns, to make it to Edisto Island without getting lost. We had set out from Lexington at 9:30 AM and arrived at "The House" around 8:00 PM. The total drive time was probably only 9 hours.
