      ... the other end was now certain it was a city problem and he was obviously frustrated to have to repeat this information for every renter on the island, well every renter for Realty Company on the island anyway. With a rough tone he stated "No one has water, the whole island is without water and the city is working on it and I don't know when it will be fixed. Hopefully soon."
