... most of the systems fired up easily. I have been into most of the corners of the boat and it looks like we will be ready for sea soon. Just have to get the navigation sorted out. And the sat phone for weather.
The plan was Cuba, haiti, dominican republic, puerto rico and finish up in British Virgin Islands.
might adjust that to Bahamas then Haiti due to weather and time. And I may have to get off on tha way due to time. See how we go.

The Gullah are African Americans who live in the low country region of South Carolina and Georgia and are known for preserving their African American heritage more than any other community in the U.S. Such a great find!

We are going to Europe for a year! Right now we are at Sarah's for Christmas and she has helped me find a site for our travel diary. Good times in Key West and Port St Lucie. It's so nice to spend Christmas with Sarah, Larry and of course Lucian.

I do have to tell you how funny it was that Tita Pili convinced my brother to ride the Harry Potter Roller Coaster Ride : Dragon Challenge---that was MAD, I came out feeling drunk and tipsy and let's just say Paulo was so overwhelmed that he skipped the next ride. ... I have a small Oreck vacuum cleaner. Pieces of glass of all shapes and sizes were everywhere. I consider it a learning experience. I also had to go and buy a new monitor because my old one fell and got destroyed. Had the pleasure of skyping with my sisters Fritz and Janet. Enjoyed a sunny day with a high temperature of 77 degrees. I don't miss the snow or cold. Going to finish watching the National News and then off to bed. Bye for ...
