... for Christmas. I know my mom and dad are sad I won't be here yet happy for Johnnie and me. Our plane leaves this afternoon and all is ready. I am awaiting Johnnie to return from work and my limousine. (It is really my mom and dad's truck but limousine sounded much more sophisticated.) ... the narrow sandy beach. Although it was a little cool out, the sky was clear and the river was beautiful from the beach, lined with Live Oaks and Cypress trees draped in Spanish Moss. One tree had the beautiful orange leaves of autumn with much Spanish Moss draped in between - I had never seen the combination of fall color and Spanish Moss before and it was gorgeous. ... town of little Washington. Located on a canal and full of senior citizens who have leased lots. Next stop is Myrtle Beach, NC. We ended up staying in Myrtle for 8 days while we had the RV roof repaired. Thank goodness for insurance as the roof bill was $2600. Our deductible is $250. ... down a little bit; kids were running around, free as birds. Everyone knew everyone (which I suppose could be both a good or bad thing), and folks just hanging out. It was nice.
